Subliminal Audios

Make your own subliminal tracks easily

affirmations for subconscious mind

Do you feel that subliminal audio tracks are not specific enough for the affirmations for subconscious mind that you want to manifest? Or do you feel a bit uncomfortable listening to a total stranger whispering messages into your ears? I completely understand!

How about if I said you could make your own unique hypnosis tracks from scratch?

Creating and listening to your own tracks can be much more powerful than using pre-existing audios for several reasons.

Firstly, creating your own affirmations track for subconscious mind in your own voice will make them much more effective than in the voice of a stranger.

Secondly, you’re totally in charge of what subliminal messaging you include if you make your own audios, so you don’t have to worry that you’re taking something into your subconscious that you don’t want!

The fact is that creating subliminal tracks yourself is quite easy, once you learn how to add subliminal messages to your daily life.

You don’t need a degree in Computer Science – you don’t even need to be particularly computer-savvy.

You only need about 10 minutes and a simple-to-use program.

I’m going to talk you through how to create subliminals and how to do it step-by-step shortly, but first, let’s take a closer look at why it’s such a great idea to make your own subliminal messages.

These are the three most frequently used reasons that people give for making subliminal tracks themselves:

1.) They can contain dangerous subliminal messages

In modern society, if you have a device that connects to the internet, you can post information that could go viral and be seen or listened to by millions of people worldwide!

Alongside, ho oponopono subliminal messages, this can be an amazing tool if used in the right way. But, unfortunately, not everyone who posts on the internet does it with the best of intentions.

Thousands of people download and regularly listen to subliminal audio messages as a way to improve their lives. They are seeking happiness, better relationships, more money, etc.

The issue with subliminal affirmations that are contained in these tracks is that they are not heard by our consciousness. As we can’t distinguish the words audibly, we may not be receiving the message we think we are, or that we’re looking for.

There are many programs made by honorable, trustworthy companies, including Subliminal Guru, which I would 100% recommend and endorse as being genuine. Sadly, however, there are other individuals or groups that intentionally hide negative messages in their tracks.

Some of the messages that have been discovered within subliminal audio tracks include:

  • Trying to force people to donate money.
  • Encouraging people to change their religious beliefs.
  • Using persuasive commands and instructions as if they were in a sect.
  • Messages that encourage the spread of hatred between people.
  • Trying to change the listener to follow the specific agenda of the group or individual who created the audio.

The most frightening part of this is that some of these tracks are being uploaded to extremely popular websites that you might be familiar with or even use regularly!

Our subconscious is so amazing and trusting. It is open to receive any type of message and will adapt accordingly. This is why it’s vital to protect your subconscious from negative messages. What it absorbs will change the direction of your life.

Making your own subliminal tracks means that you are completely in control of what affirmations and messages you include. You avoid the risk of sending affirmations for subconscious mind that are unreliable.

As you know exactly what is in the track, you have total control over the effects and outcome that you will experience when you listen to it. There will be no hidden surprises.

2.) They can be in your own voice

People encounter a common psychological barrier with subliminal audio tracks because they are spoken in a stranger’s voice.

It makes sense, right? When we are young, we’re told not to trust strangers, so naturally, we’re going to feel more comfortable listening to a voice we’re familiar with.

Your subconscious is much more open and susceptible to affirmations when they are said in your voice. It knows that it can trust you and accepts what you’re saying is true. There are many testimonies online in which people say that their results happened much quicker once they switched to using subliminal audios that they recorded themselves, using a subliminal audio app for example.

When you make your own subliminals, it means you can use your accent, and you can choose specific words that resonate with you – you can even change the language if English isn’t your native tongue! It’s easy to understand why these personalized subliminal audio tracks can be much more effective as your subconscious has no reservation about accepting what you say. There will never be any issues with misinterpreting your own voice.

3.) They can be really precise

Do you have something ultra-specific that you want to attract to your life?

It might be that you want to manifest a date with your secret crush at your favorite restaurant across town. Or maybe you need to attract $36,531 to get you out of financial difficulties.

Perhaps you have a weight-loss goal specific to a body part, for example, wanting to lose 2 kilos from your thighs.

These are really explicit and precise examples, but it’s important to know that one of the primary keys to your manifestations coming true is that they are exact and unambiguous.

The problem with this is that the more clear-cut and accurate you want to be, the harder it is to find subliminal tracks with the affirmations you need.

However, if you make your own, you can be as explicit as you want, consequently producing tracks that will help you manifest what you want quicker and easier.

So I think you’re probably on board with the idea that tailor-made subliminal audios are incredible, so let’s take a look at what you need to get started!

Equipment needed to make subliminal tracks

Here is a list of all the things you are going to need when creating your personalized audios:

  • A computer or laptop
  • A microphone
  • A list of the affirmations you want to record
  • Mindzoom software
  • 10 minutes of free time

We’re going to go through how to do it, step-by-step. I promise it’s super easy!

Step 1: Word your affirmations perfectly

I imagine that you’ve already got a plan of what kind of things you want to say in your audio tracks. But it’s essential that you prepare your affirmations in advance of recording them. There are a couple of reasons for this. Firstly, you’ll save time because you won’t make mistakes or forget what you were going to say. Secondly, you can ensure that your affirmations are written correctly and that they all relate to each other and your ultimate goal.

The strongest and most powerful affirmations are:

  • Specific. The more precise and exact your affirmations are, the better. For example, rather than say, “I earn a lot,” you can say, “I earn $10,000 every month.” Include as much detail as you can, such as specific quantities, dates or timeframes, names of people involved, etc.
  • Written using positive language. The subconscious and the Universe don’t recognize negatives, so a poorly worded affirmation would be, “I’m debt-free.” The subconscious would pick out the word “debt” from this affirmation, whereas if you write your affirmations focusing on what you want to attract, this will be much easier for your subconscious to act upon. “I have an abundance of money.”
  • Written as though they already exist in your reality. “I am a successful businesswoman.”
  • Heartfelt. You have to genuinely want and feel powerful, positive emotions towards the affirmations you write. They have to excite you. If you don’t have a good vibe or feeling towards your affirmations, then perhaps you don’t really want what you intend to ask for.

Now that you know how to write your perfectly formed affirmations put them down on paper. You can create as many as you want, but it helps if you align them to an individual overarching goal: financial matters, self-esteem, etc.

An alternative is to write one affirmation that you can really concentrate on, playing it on a repetitive loop within your subliminal track.

By the way, if you find it hard to come up with ideas or write the perfect affirmations, the software we’re about to look closer at has 1150 included!

Step 2: Download the software

If you’ve ever tried to create audio tracks before and found it really difficult to follow the complicated instructions or user guide, join the club!

I have attempted to do it with several types of software, including Ableton, Garageband, and Audacity, but I found them challenging to use. At the end of the day, all I wanted was to create my own subliminal audio tracks – I didn’t want to study to become a qualified audio software technician!

But all that changed when I discovered Mindzoom.

It’s a program that has everything you would possibly want so you can make amazing subliminal tracks within a matter of minutes!

Here are just some of the reasons why I think this software is so incredible:

  • You can create unique tracks which include affirmations that you record yourself.
  • Your tracks will therefore be completely personalized to your needs.
  • If you have it as an mp3, you can use any song or sound that you like to make your track.
  • It’s also possible to include isochronic tones or binaural beats. (Keep reading to find out more about these)
  • There is no limit to the number of tracks you can create.
  • It’s really straightforward to use.
  • It doesn’t cost the earth!

To expand on this last point, Mindzoom is a single, affordable payment, making it great value for money. You can create an unlimited amount of tracks – which I have – and if I’d had to pay for them all separately, it would have cost me a fortune!

Besides, I think you can’t put a price on the peace of mind that you have when you know there are no hidden messages contained within the audios that you are directing straight towards your subconscious.

Get started with Mindzoom

On the Mindzoom website, click on the green START button at the top of the page, and you will head straight to a page where you can download the software immediately.

Click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button in the red box and continue following the instructions.

When you’ve placed your order, and it’s gone through, you will be taken to a page where you are asked to input your name and email address. When you’ve done this, press ‘Submit,’ and this will give you a download key.

Press ‘Submit’ again, and the next step is to start your download.

To begin, select either the Mac or Windows download option. You will also discover lots of bonuses here! Continue following the simple instructions to complete the download.

Now it’s time to make your first audio!

Step 3: Make your subliminal tracks!

Great! So you’ve downloaded Mindzoom, and you’ve got your perfectly worded affirmations written down, so let’s get started with creating your audio!

When you open Mindzoom, select ‘Mixer.’

The Mixer is where it all happens! There are only four simple steps that stand between you and your unique, personalized subliminal audio track!

I promised it would be straightforward, didn’t I?

Step 1: Choose the base

The base of your audio is what you’re going to consciously listen to. As I mentioned earlier, it can be any song or sound you want, as long as you have it in mp3, so it could be your favorite song, the sound of the waves crashing on the shore at your local beach, etc.

Press on the blue ‘Load’ button to select your base from the files already stored on your computer or to drag the mp3 you want to use.

You can find lots of royalty-free tracks out there on the internet, so you can spend some time looking for one that you like and save it to your computer.

When you’ve uploaded the mp3 you want, click ‘OK.’

Once you’ve completed Step One, you will return to the Mixer page. You should now see that you have your base sounds waves in the viewer section.

Step 2: Record your affirmations

In Step Two, you are going to record the affirmations that will become the subliminal messages that will sit behind the track.

Press the blue ‘Load’ button that is located underneath the Subliminal Sound button.

Then press to ‘Record New.’

When prompted, choose which microphone (device) you’re going to use to record your affirmations, and decide where to save the track.

The best way to speak when recording your affirmations is to use a monotonous tone of voice and speak clearly. A flat tone will mean that affirmations for subconscious mind will be more easely received.

Make sure you have your affirmations ready and press the red ‘Rec’ button. Say your affirmations out loud, leaving a 5-second gap between each affirmation. If you have decided to use the same affirmation multiple times, repeat it, but make sure you leave the gap in between.

If you make mistakes, don’t worry. You can try as many times as you need to to get it right. It’s important that your recording is clear and easy to understand. Take as long as necessary on this part as it’s the subliminal message that is the most important part of this process.

When you are happy with your affirmations, press ‘OK.’

Step 3: Include isochronic tones or binaural beats

The next step, if you want to do so, is to include isochronic tones or binaural beats. When added to your audio, they can boost the impact the track has on your subconscious.

Let me give you a quick explanation of what they are.

Isochronic tones or binaural beats do the same thing but in distinctive ways. Essentially, they utilize sound to guide your subconscious into a more open and responsive state. This means that you will take in and assimilate the affirmations much quicker and with less resistance.

Here is a little bit more information about the differences between them as you might discover that you have a preference.

Isochronic Tones:

Isochronic tones are heard as a single sound frequency, and in the track, it will sound like a pulsating tone. Some people like this, but for others, it can feel quite intense. It’s very much a personal choice.

It’s not necessary to wear headphones when listening to isochronic tones, which suits some people. The brain goes into a receptive state as it tries to understand and reconcile the frequency that occurs between the pulsing tone.

Binaural Beats:

Binaural beats are different from isochronic tones because they have to be listened to through headphones to work properly. The way they work is through different tones being played into each ear. They are more comfortable and easier to listen to than isochronic tones and are also said to be more effective.

The brain finds hearing two varying tones a bit confusing, so it tries to make sense of the difference between the frequencies. For example, if the right ear hears a tone at 210 Hertz and the left ear listens to a 200 Hz tone, the binaural beat is 10 Hz.

During the day, the brain can work on varying frequencies, depending on the task we are doing at the time. The idea behind using isochronic tones or binaural beats in your audio track is to more quickly guide all the affirmations for subconscious mind into a state where it is more receptive and responsive.

Here is a list of frequencies that you can choose for your tracks, along with the type of goals that they align to:

Alpha waves: reducing stress, enhanced visualization, low-level relaxation, relief from depression, anxiety, and fear, cognitive reprogramming, faster learning, increased happiness, elevated levels of inspiration and creativity, calm emotions, seeking romance, etc.

Beta waves: improved concentration levels, leadership skills, better financial status, increased confidence and self-esteem, more energy, focus, and motivation, improved memory, increased mental agility, breaking addictive behavior, enhanced sporting performance, etc.

Theta waves: combat insomnia, promote deep relaxation, induce a meditative state, reduce tension, enhance astral projection, dream deeper, etc.

Once you’ve added your frequency (optional), it’s onto the final step!

Step 4: Do the mix and save your track

You’ve nearly done it! The only thing left to do is to click on ‘MIX’ and save your track on your laptop or computer.

Once you’ve done that, you can upload it to your phone, put it on a music device such as an iPod or listen when using your computer.

There you have it! It’s as easy as that!

You can now safely say that you’re an expert at making subliminal audio tracks! And with Mindzoom, you can create as many different tracks as you like – forever! You can continue to make tracks to manifest new things in your life, and when they work, you can change your goal and create a new audio!

You never again have to concern yourself that you will be susceptible to any tracks that may have negative or questionable messages within them – you can rustle up one with the exact affirmations you want within a matter of minutes!

With your newfound skills, you might decide to launch your own channel or make tracks for family or friends to help them with specific issues so that they too benefit. As I said right at the beginning of this article, we are more likely to trust people we know, so even if you make the tracks for them, their subconscious will respond more positively to your voice than that of a stranger.

Finally, if you want to create silent subliminal messages, you can follow a simple process. First, start by recording your voice speaking positive statements or affirmations. Ensure that the voice recording is of good quality. Next, convert the track sample frequency to a suitable level for subliminal recordings, typically around 20,000 Hz. This higher frequency is outside the range of human hearing but can still be perceived by the subconscious mind. Finally, using a funcall function sound frequency, embed the positive affirmations into the subliminal recording, making them undetectable to the conscious mind. With these steps, you can effectively create silent subliminal messages to help reprogram your subconscious thoughts.

Best of luck, and I would love to hear about your success with your unique tracks.
